Frozen poultry Soup Dumplings

The Ube Ice cream at Trader Joe’s takes me back to my childhood! Ube is a purple yam, as well as ube ice cream is a typical treat in Filipino culture. I grew up eating it. The problem for me is the ube flavor gets overwhelmed by the powdered sugar. Plus, I type of desired them to be more purple. I’m having a difficult time letting that a person go.
Still, I wouldn’t state no to a handful of these with a hot cup of Earl Grey with some milk. It’s a decently yummy afternoon snack.
